Job search service on the international market


Task:

We needed to develop a logo and signature design for the job search site both at the local Ukrainian and international levels. At the time of contacting the Agency, such a service was barely the only one of a kind in Ukraine.


Solution:

The brand identity is based on a red line which turns into a dot. It symbolizes a border, as Bixter helps to cross borders and achieve one’s goal of finding a job abroad.
In some cases, the line turns into a ladder as a metaphor for the idea that obstacles very often transform into challenges, which let you develop and climb higher.
The letter X in the logo symbolizes an applicant. Their figure is made by to arcs. The top part means hands raised in a triumphant gesture, as in “I’ve done it, cheers to me”. The lower part of the body (downward arch) stands for solid support and feeling of confidence.
